Alan Mann began his award-winning real estate career nearly 22 years ago, but each and every day, he still gets a charge out of helping someone find or sell a home. Born and raised in Elmhurst and a resident of the Forest Hills area all his life (except for two years living in Italy while in the shoe business), Alan knows the market inside out and can guide you to the home and community that fits your needs best.

Alan's hard work ethic and unflinching dedication goes beyond serving clients and involves always being one step ahead in his field. Prior to real estate, Alan honed his sales and service skills over two decades in the wholesale shoe business for which he traveled extensively. He can probably tell you all the best small hotel and restaurants in most every city. Besides food, travel and culture, Alan's interests are diverse. He is a founding member of a seventeen-year-old BNI chapter in Rego Park, a huge fan of rock and roll, especially Bruce Springsteen, and a diehard Mets and Jets fan since both teams' inception in 1962. Most importantly, Alan has been married to the love of his life, Debbie, for 40 years, and they're still on their honeymoon.
